Over a 29-month period, iDesign provided training, consultancy, design, and development services for eight major training initiatives for the National Building Society in the UK.

iDesign developed blended learning solutions combining eLearning modules, reference guides, interactive PDFs, simulations, instructional videos, and face-to-face training packs.

Reusable, SCORM-compliant assets were created to support training on new financial products and system implementations.

A wide range of tools were employed, including Articulate Storyline, Lectora, Adobe Captivate, custom HTML/JavaScript, InDesign, Camtasia, and Illustrator, to deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences.
