As part of our User experience (UX) consulting and design services, we do the following:

Learner Needs Analysis 

Often, what organisations need to know about their learners exists within the company. The first step during the analysis involves extracting and collating information from relevant staff members. Next, we collaborate to fill in gaps and to confirm findings. Learner surveys, learner interviews and analytics reviews are also carried out during this phase.

Auditing existing e-learning or communication programs

There are situations where a client needs to increase the effectiveness of an existing e-learning or communication program. We assist by providing documented reviews of the User experience, including analysis of the graphical and textual communication, interface design, and strategy.

User interface (UI) design and documenting UX strategy

Once the Learner Needs Analysis or program audit has been carried out, we provide UX design services to meet identified objectives. Prototyping plays an important role here. A number of approaches are presented and tested. The user experience is developed iteratively, which helps create buy-in among stakeholders.

​After the UX strategy is finalized, the approach and specifications are documented. UI screens and design assets are created or identified to serve as benchmarks. The formal documentation serves as a starting point for any future development and ensures consistency.
