E-Learning: Construction Safety in Canada
Design and development of a national e-learning course on safety training for construction workers across Canada.
The 6-hour training reached over 200,000 registered users with diverse levels of digital literacy, spanning urban, rural, and remote locations. Bandwidth-efficient design and user experience best practices ensured successful delivery across all learner groups.
E-Learning: Renewable energy courses for Natural Resources Canada
Suite of renewable energy e-Learning courses developed for the education and capacity-building initiative funded by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan).
iDesign, in collaboration with Ontario First Nations communities and their Energy partner, was selected by NRCan to develop a suite of renewable energy courses. The courses covered topics such as: • Fundamentals of solar, wind and hydro energy • Engineering, procurement and construction of solar energy systems • Advancing energy sovereignty through Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS)

Over a 29-month period, iDesign provided training, consultancy, design, and development services for eight major training initiatives for the National Building Society in the UK. iDesign developed blended learning solutions combining eLearning modules, reference guides, interactive PDFs, simulations, instructional videos, and face-to-face training packs.

AI integrated with e-learning courses to help learners seamlessly access expert knowledge.
The AI Learning Hub- EPC leverages content from selected renewable energy courses as its core knowledge base. This custom AI features an Expert Chat function, enabling registered learners to ask questions and receive tailored responses with direct links to relevant e-learning screens and resources. Learning Management System (LMS) update: Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, UK
Strategy, UX and Technical development for new Learning Management System (LMS).
A global leader in K-12 education, HMH’s Learning Management System (LMS) is a key piece in HMH’s delivery of educational content to its learners. iDesign provided UX and visual design for the update of the LMS. The LMS is now used by thousands of schools in the U.S. The new LMS incorporates new responsive tools for teachers, students and parents, such as Smart Planners, Student Dashboard, and Teacher Gateway/Resources; all designed for multi-device usage (PCs, tablets and mobiles).
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
Educational and communication materials for the UNDP’s Access to Energy initiative.
iDesign developed educational and communication materials for the United Nation Development Programme (UNDP) which documented rural electrification in selected villages across Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, and Kerala in India. The project used bio-fuel, bio-gas, and micro hydel power generation systems. The digital and print publications showcased success stories by spotlighting one village for each energy solution, offering in-depth narratives of implementation and impact.

Visualisation and illustration services for orphan-elephant rescue stories.
The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust is globally recognized as the most successful orphan-elephant rescue and rehabilitation program. It is a pioneering conservation organization dedicated to wildlife and habitat protection in East Africa. iDesign was selected to provide visual design and illustration services for a series of stories highlighting their orphan-elephant rescue and rehabilitation efforts.
